United States:
- USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 business days - $4.00
- USPS Priority / Priority Express: 1-3 business days
- Free Shipping: On orders over $35
Canada:
- USPS First Class Mail International: 10-15 business days
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- We ship to P.O. boxes within the United States and Canada using standard shipping methods.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Furano Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Furano Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
